Job Description :

    Assist in project handover and launching process

• Review and provide input during the creation of the Project Execution Budget and Project Execution Plan.
• Assist in the completion of O&M proposal
• Create or evaluate the format of periodic reports from the Project Manager, compile all reports from PM O&M.
• Evaluate each O&M project and coordinate with the O&M manager to determine follow-up if there are obstacles (the project is not in accordance with the plan)
• able to create procedures, policies, governance standards from O&M with various O&M contract models.
• Make periodic reports both to the O&M manager before the regular meeting is held.
